Product details
TPR material for children's toys is made of SBS as the main base material, processed oil and other additives. The modified material is characterized by moderate price, easy demoulding, high tensile strength and easy color matching. The vast majority of SBS dry adhesives have high viscosity and poor processability. The processing property of the material is improved by adding processing oil, and the strength of the material is enhanced by adding polymer resin (K resin, etc.). Because SBS is the most basic component of blending modification system, we are used to call this kind of blending modification material TPR hardness range: Shore 5A~60D
Product features: high extensibility, high toughness, high elasticity, high transparency, bright surface, silk screen printing and oil spraying.
Product use: grape ball dinosaur decompression vent toys, high transparent toy figurines, suction cups, shoe materials, stationery, transparent rubber bands and other widely used.
