TPR Injection Toy Material Forming Precautions:
1.TPR material has moderate fluidity, convenient molding and processing, injection molding temperature: 170~190℃, and is not prone to appearance problems such as shrinkage and burrs.
2. TPR doll products with SBS as the main substrate should strictly control the process. It is better to mix the materials horizontally instead of using a high-speed mixing barrel, and the time should not be too long.
3. Generally speaking, the processing temperature should be controlled as low as possible. 180 degrees in the shearing section and 160 degrees in the later sections are sufficient. Generally speaking, SBS over 200 degrees is easy to age and its odor will increase a lot.
4. The TPR pellets made should be cooled as soon as possible to volatilize the odor and ensure that there is not much heat during packaging.
