TPE is semi-transparent or white in appearance, and can also be mixed with black. Its hardness Shorea is 65 ~ 100 degrees, and its specific gravity is 0.92~1.12. The material has good toughness and fluidity.
TPE is nontoxic, odorless, halogen-free, phthalate-free (6P,16P), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), nonylphenol (NP)-free. ROHS,REACH-compliant.
TPE raw material molding method: vertical injection molding machine is usually used for injection molding. The recommended injection molding temperature is 180~200℃.
