Thermoplastic elastomer TPE raw materials are widely used in secondary injection molding to cover PA,ABS,PP,PS and other materials.
■ Specific gravity 1.04~1.06, melt index 18~28g/10min(5kg,190℃), elongation at break 126~294%, hardness 30~80(ShoreA).
■TPE-coated nylon PA material is firmly bonded, not easy to fall off, and TPE material has good wear resistance and comfortable and smooth hand feeling.
■ Excellent physical properties and fluidity, good adhesion/bonding effect with PA nylon, easy injection molding and wide adaptability.
■ Suitable for the bonding of nylon PA6, PA66, PA12, PA6+GF, PA66+GF.
■TPE coating material application fields: auto parts, kitchenware products, electrical tools, electronic products, sports equipment, medical equipment and other products.
■ Suggested injection molding temperature is 220~260℃. According to different models, different molds and product requirements, the injection molding process should be properly adjusted.
