The appearance of TPE compound coated with PC is natural color or semitransparent plastic particles, the specific gravity is 1.02-1.24, and the main hardness range is Shore 40-90A. The compound can be molded by injection molding, has excellent fluidity, and has good adhesion with PC plastics. In addition, TPE rubber has comfortable and smooth touch, good wear resistance, scratch resistance, skid resistance and dust prevention. Encapsulated fireproof material, fireproof V0, temperature resistance up to 80℃.
Processing technology
TPE raw materials can be injection molded separately, or nylon and PA can be coated by secondary injection molding. Injection molding covers and bonds PC,ABS.

TPE Encapsulation Process Problems and Solutions
1. The product has poor gloss and pitted surface.
Solution: Baking temperature: 60-80℃, baking for about 2 hours.
2. Product sticking
Solution: Modify the mold and adjust the TPE formula.
3. The product has water marks
Solution: "Improve exhaust and raise injection temperature.
