Dechuang Chemical Company supplies super-soft and hardness TPE, TPR compound. Super-soft TPE, TPR material is actually a mixture of SEBS, SBS thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber elastomer and softening oil.
TPE and TPR super-soft materials can be mixed with SEBS and SBS, then sliced into transparent particles, and then formed by injection or extrusion. It can also mix SEBS and SBS raw materials with oil before processing products, melt SEBS/oil mixture into high flowing liquid material by heating melting equipment, then pour into the mould, fill the mould cavity and cool it.

Ultra-soft TPE, TPR material hardness generally in hore A0-15 degrees, or below Shore A0 degrees. Generally for materials with hardness in hore A0-15 degrees, for products with small size and low surface gloss requirements, injection/extrusion can be used. For products with softer hardness or larger size, if injection processing is used, the material will be cut. It's difficult to plastic. For large-sized super-soft and hard products such as toys for adults and soft models, heating | melt | reverse moulding process is often used.

Ultra soft TPE, TPR raw materials are mostly transparent materials, and can add flavors, toners, pigments and so on according to product requirements. Super soft TPE, TPR material has high tensile elongation (around 1000~1500%), using high quality SEBS materials and softening oil, can be modified non-toxic, tasteless, high transparent TPE, TPR soft rubber.TPE is environment-friendly material, without halogen. It does not contain nonylphenol NP, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon group Pahs, nonylphenol NP and o-phenyl 16P. It meets the environmental protection standards of ROHS, REACH and EN71.
