Selection of TPE Coating Material
In order to ensure the adhesion between TPE and PP plastic, the hard rubber of TPE coating is different, and the formula and physical properties of TPE soft rubber are also different. Even if the coating is the same kind of hard rubber, such as PP, the formula of TPE material is slightly different according to the different requirements on the physical properties (such as scratch resistance, adhesion, whether to inject oil or not, environmental protection) of TPE compound. Due to the different customer products and mold designs, and the different requirements on materials, the hardness, scratch resistance, fluidity, shrinkage and environmental protection requirements of TPE material used for coating are not the same. This requires suppliers to provide the most suitable TPE compound formula and application scheme.
