TPE coating material is coated on other materials with TPE soft adhesive material. The material does not contain phthalates and is halogen-free. It conforms to RoHS, REACH, NP, EN71 and PAHs environmental protection detection standards. Therefore, it is highly recommended by markets in developed countries.
TPE coating materials are divided into two types, one is real coating material and the other is fake coating material. The distinguishing factor is the medium of the encapsulating material. Generally, the two-color injection molding or secondary injection molding is used to encapsulate the plastic, while the injection-bonded encapsulating metal and weaving material are fake encapsulating. In the field of true encapsulation, TPE materials can be bonded with some common plastics such as PP, ABS, PC and so on at present, with a wide range of applications.
