Product Name: Press TPR Floor Drain Material
TPE/TPR(Thermoplastic Elastomer) is a thermoplastic elastomer material, which has the characteristics of high strength, high resilience, injection molding, wide application range, environmental protection, innocuity and safety, and excellent colorability.
Soft touch, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance, excellent processing performance, no need of vulcanization, can be recycled to reduce costs, can be molded by secondary injection molding, can be coated and bonded with PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS and other matrix materials, or can be molded separately.
TPR floor drain material is a newly developed TPE\TPR material specially designed for flying saucer type press bounce floor drain, with hardness ranging from 50-60A, high gloss, high strength, aging resistance, can pass various skin contact test experiments, and can be integrally formed.
TPE Basic Physical Parameters:
Hardness 50-60A;; Shrinkage 1.2 ~ 1.4%; Elongation 400-600%, specific gravity 0.89-1.1!
TPE processing method:
Injection molding (including coating, rubber-coated PP,ABS plastic), molding. Regarding the molding processing temperature, after confirming the specific sample number, the engineering and technical personnel of our company will give the recommended temperature parameters after communicating with the user.
TPE baking materials:
TPR for floor drain materials, TPE materials need not be baked and can be directly machined.
TPE color matching:
In principle, the company does not provide color matching services, the company provides transparent, solid color and black TPR particle products. If the color is single and there is a certain amount of purchase, color matching service can be provided.
The selection of toner and color master is based on compatibility considerations. TPE/TPR(SEBS Substrate) generally uses PE and EVA as color master carriers, while TPE with higher hardness can use PP as carrier; TPR (SBS-based) can use EVA or PS as color master carrier. For other composite modified TPR, we should know the main components of its blending system, and then select the appropriate color master system!
