Processing Conditions of TPEE Resin
1. Drying
TPEE resin must be pre-dried before processing, which is very important to ensure the dry state of the resin during processing and the good service performance of the product.
When the temperature is higher than the melting point. Moisture in the resin leads to decomposition of the resin. Hydrolysis will cause the physical properties of the resin to decline and it is easy to fracture. Usually, when the moisture content is less than 0.1%, hydrolysis will not occur. Therefore, the exposed materials should be dried again before use, at 80 degrees for 3-4 hours, or at 60 degrees for a whole night to obtain good drying effect.
2, processing
The good processing performance of TPEE resin enables it to be molded into various products without difficulty through plastic processing methods such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc. The processing temperature of Changhui TPEE resin is between 230 and 260 degrees. The specific temperature is determined according to different process brands, and the melting point of each standard brand is obviously stable.
