Thermoplastic elastomer TPE and TPR have developed rapidly in recent years. TPE,TPR can provide ultra-soft series of soft rubber with hardness of 0~10A or even softer, which is very close to the properties of soft silica gel. In recent years, artificial bait processing plants have gradually begun to try to process various kinds of baits with ultra-soft TPE and TPR instead of silica gel, and the downstream market is quite recognized. Super soft TPE,TPR has soft soft touch of mollusks like earthworm, frog, fish and shrimp, and achieves almost exactly the same effect as real bait by adjusting the color and smell of bait. In addition, in order to maintain the balance of biological chain, trying to fish with simulated bait is not new in the fishing gear industry, and the fake bait industry is already mature.
Soft TPE|TPR replaces silica gel to produce bait. The main advantages are TPE,TPR's comprehensive cost is lower, TPE|TPR is a thermoplastic material, various leftover materials, waste and defective products can be recycled, TPE|TPR is lower in cost than silica gel, and TPE|TPR is easier to produce and process than silica gel.
At present, the main fake bait in the market, such as simulated shrimp, simulated earthworm, simulated small fish, etc., are mostly made of environmentally friendly soft rubber TPE material. The thermoplastic elastomer material can be continuously produced in large quantities by injection molding equipment, and the leftover material and the nozzle produced by injection molding can also be 100% recycled, which is easier to process than silica gel, saves cost and is more environmentally friendly than PVC.
TPE material selected for simulation bait has the following characteristics:

6) keep good elasticity and stretchability at-50 DEG C, and has good low temperature resistance.
