The headband was developed by Westcam and distributed by Pfanner Schutzbekleidung. In addition to its soft surface (VS), excellent adhesion (AD) and high mechanical (HM) characteristics, this high-tech TPE also provides a wide range of design freedom and cost-effective processing technology. The adhesive strength of this soft/hard product has been tried and tested many times in actual use, which is why THERMOLAST K has been selected into the combination of wire/TPE and ABS/TPE in headphones from the beginning." The selected THERMOLAST K composite combines 60 Shore A hardness, high tensile strength, tear strength and fracture strength. Wear resistant surface can resist sebum, cream and common household detergent for a long time. In addition, TPE meets the requirements of ISO 10993-10 for non-irritating tolerance to skin-contacting materials. Protos integral headset is specially developed for capsule type protective earmuffs. It has the advantages of modular structure and compact size, less prominence when worn and small package when folded. All materials in headphones are customized to match their functions.
