In this way, the adhesion force is naturally insufficient and easy to fall off. 1.2 Countermeasures The big principle is the matching between ink and TPE|TPR material. On the premise of ensuring the basic performance requirements of the product, the easy adhesion of the ink should be considered. The compounding system of TPE|TPR materials should be understood before providing specific ink. Generally PS plastic has certain polarity and is easy to spray printing ink. PP plastic is a non-polar material with high crystallinity and strong solvent corrosion resistance. It is difficult to directly spray printing ink and coating on the surface, which usually requires surface pretreatment. 2. The paint ink is stretched and cracked or falls off Some TPE|TPR products can be sprayed with ink and paint and have good adhesion. However, if the products are stretched, the paint on the surface will easily fall off or crack. 2.1 Cause Analysis: The ink or paint layer cannot be stretched with the elastomer TPE product at the same amplitude. When it exceeds its tolerance limit, the ink layer will crack or even fall off. 2.2 Countermeasures The adhesive component fraction of ink or paint is increased to improve the surface tensile resistance of the ink spraying layer.
