Four good methods to solve the caking of transparent TPE:
The main reason for the caking of transparent TPE is that the material itself is filled with too much oil. Because many manufacturers can only fill more oil in order to achieve OA, if they fill more oil, they will find it easy to agglomerate and trouble us. How to solve the caking problem of transparent TPE?
1. control the temperature well. transparent TPE below 0℃ will still agglomerate after being treated with additives for more than three months. Generally, there is a tendency to agglomerate below 40 degrees.
2. Make transparent TPE underwater. The special anti-sticking agent for TPE is added in the pool to prevent transparent TPE from sticking together. Note: the adding ratio is related to the size of the pool.
3. If the product is caked, you can add some slip agent.
4. If the transparent TPE is caked in the packaging bag, first look at its shape. The cylindrical one is easy to agglomerate. It is best to make it round or oval when granulating, or add some anti-caking agent.
