Why high rebound TPE materials are made without toughness

It is well known that TPE materials have good elasticity and tear resistance, but occasionally customers have consulted me that the TPE materials made after the formation of the product toughness is very poor, and once pulled off, it is rotten. In fact, this problem is very worth discussing. Why TPE particles have good elasticity and the finished product has no toughness. So today we specifically analyze this problem. It is those reasons that caused TPE materials to evaporate. Everyone follow my footsteps.
TPE products have poor toughness. Common reasons are:
1: TPE materials are added with more fillings, resulting in reduced tensile properties and flexibility of the material.
2: TPE material formed when the water mouth, recovery corner material added too much
3: TPE material base material molecular weight is low, toughness can not meet high requirements
4: TPE material forming temperature is too high, the material degradation, physical decline, the material becomes brittle, poor toughness
5: TPE material forming temperature is not enough, the material is not fully plasticized, poor toughness
6: TPE molding adds black mother and material incompatible, resulting in material performance decomposition, no toughness
Solutions:
1: Reduce the proportion of filling material added.
2: Water mouth edge corner material toughness is poor, add too much, easy to reduce TPE material toughness. It is recommended that the proportion of corner materials added to the water mouth is less than 25 %.
3: Switch to polymer weight substrate.
4: Understand the suitable forming temperature of the TPE material. In case of doubt, it is recommended to consult the material supplier.
5: Determine whether the forming temperature is low, and look at the surface gloss of the product. If the surface gloss is low and even the surface appears, the forming temperature of the material needs to be increased. The second is the water mouth. If the surface of the water mouth lacks luster, the plastic temperature is low.
6: Find a color mother(carrier) that is compatible with the TPE material. Consult the TPE raw material manufacturer.
