First, the equipment used for the coating
Coating is usually the first injection of hard rubber PP, followed by plastic plastic TPE, the entire processing process is completed in two injection molding. Two sets of molds can be used(molds for injection plastic are called plastic molds), and two molds can be made in two sets of molds. Two molds can be completed in two sets of molds. There are also advanced two-color injection molding machines, which are still two sets of molds, but through the rotation of the disc, a set of equipment is realized to complete the two-color and multi-color injection molding process.
Second, the properties and hardness of TPE for adhesive use
The TPE formula used for packaging is simple, and the ordinary TPE-S TPE can achieve good adhesive bonding with PP. There is no need to add additional functional Auxiliaries to the TPE formula. The TPE appearance of the coated PP is transparent or plain plastic particles, with an approximate specific gravity range of 0.92 ~ 1.2.
The TPE hardness range of the coated PP is usually in Shaw's hardness ShareA25 ~ 80A. The hardness of the TPE can be changed by adjusting the formula of the TPE, the abrasion resistance and tensile strength of the material, and so on. TPE is an environmentally friendly adhesive, does not contain halogen, does not contain o-benzene 16P, 6P, does not contain nonylphenol NP, does not contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon family PAHS, conforms to ROHS, REACH, EN71 related environmental protection test standards.
Third, the treatment of common plastic defects
1, lack of glue, increase the processing injection molding temperature, increase the injection molding pressure, improve material fluidity;
2, split seams, Overflow, reduce the injection molding temperature, increase the locking force, reduce the injection molding pressure;
3, appearance of hemp surface, not bright: increase injection molding processing temperature, baking material, reduce raw material moisture;
4, viscous difference: injection plastic money enough baking material, increase injection molding temperature;
5, product injection molding variant: strengthen the abrasive cooling, appropriate extension of the mold lock time.
6, products adhesive mold: add dedie agent or lubricant(for internal lubricant-demolding agent should pay attention to add amount to prevent demolation and migration of demolding agent)
Anti-weathering: Ultraviolet light and water spray have no adverse effects on the treated specimen and can effectively prevent the passage of chloride ions. Tests show that the treated ground will not be affected by exposure to electromagnetic or water fog.
Chemical resistance: After treatment with concrete sealing curing agent, the chemical resistance of concrete is greatly improved.
10, the luster is not slippery: after the concrete sealed curing agent treatment of the concrete floor will appear marble luster, the longer the use of gloss is as good as possible. However, without skidding, on the general concrete floor, saline-alkali components will precipitate from the surface, resulting in skidding. Unlike the Schiafu ground, it forms a solid, dense whole on the surface of the concrete, and the saline-alkali component does not precipitate from the surface.
