The TPE bag adhesive adhesive has the distinction between real plastic and fake plastic. True adhesive is the use of soft glue and hard glue in softening the compatibility of melting(compatibility mainly depends on the melting parameter SP of the material, the closer the melting parameter is, the better the compatibility of the two materials. (3) TPE package adhesive processing process
The TPE bag adhesive is generally used in the secondary injection molding process. Hard plastic parts that have been finished with beer(injection molding) are fixed on the adhesive mold, and TPE soft glue is injected into the hard adhesive at the appropriate temperature and cooled to obtain the product. The injection plastic temperature of the adhesive is different depending on the hard plastic material of the adhesive. Because the temperature should take into account the softening of both hard glue and TPE soft glue, the ability to promote the two materials to achieve a certain degree of compatibility at the contact surface. In order to achieve the effectiveness of true plastic, the injection temperature of TPE plastic PP material is usually about 170-190 degrees Celsius; The plastic ABS material is about 220-220 degrees Celsius; The temperature of the coated PC material is slightly higher than the injection temperature of the coated ABS; When coated with PA nylon, the injection temperature must reach about 240 degrees Celsius.
(IV) Common TPE package adhesive materials
TPE is applied to coated adhesive, TPE soft adhesive as a soft adhesive overlay, common hard materials for cooperation are mainly plastics, but also metals and weaving. TPE and woven adhesive are mainly used in package products. Like metal packaging, they are generally fake packaging. True plastic is more common in secondary injection molding and two-color injection molding, that is, the main material of TPE pack adhesive is plastic. TPE can bond firmly with some commonly used general plastics PP, GPPS, HIPS, ABS and engineering plastics PCs, PC/ABS, PA and its modified materials.
The adhesion of TPE and POM polyformaldehyde is still a problem in the elastomer industry. Because POM's melting parameter SP(22.6) is very different from TPE's SP(7.2-7 .6), the two materials are not compatible in themselves, and no suitable compatibility agent has been found to promote the good adhesion of the two.
