My company GL-1500 polypropylene melt-blown special material is a high-flow PP melt-blown material specially used for producing medical mask filter layer melt-blown cloth to produce superfine melt-blown cloth. This product is specially made of imported pharmaceutical grade additives. Spinning grade polypropylene is produced by a special process, and the product has stable fluidity, narrower molecular weight distribution range and higher melt fluidity, so that more continuous melt-blown streamline is generated in the melt-blown process, fluff is reduced, superfine fibers with higher strength can be spun compared with common melt-blown materials, and the spinning grade polypropylene has the characteristics of low ash content, low volatility and the like. The M-layer meltblown cloth of the mask made of this product has excellent filterability, and the lasting time of charge after electrifying is longer!
