TPE coating material has dry hand feeling and fine surface. TPE series products are thermoplastic elastomers based on SEBS/PP and SEBS/PE. They are block copolymers. The hard segment acts as a physical crosslinking point while the soft segment acts as a traditional rubber elasticity.
TPE series products have the following characteristics:
1. Light specific gravity and extremely wide hardness range (shore20A~95A).
2. The appearance of the product is adjustable, and it can be fully transparent, translucent, natural color, matte fog surface, bright surface, etc.
3. Excellent adhesive performance, special grade adhesive series products, excellent adhesive force, can be directly bonded and coated with ABS/PC alloy, PET/PC alloy, etc.
4. Feel comfortable, can be customized according to customer requirements
5. Excellent anti-skid performance, can also maintain excellent anti-skid performance in relatively humid environment.
6. Excellent processing performance and good fluidity, especially for processing particularly complicated parts, greatly saving processing time.

The appearance of the product can be adjusted, which can achieve natural color, matte fog surface, bright surface, etc.
Products are widely used in children's toys, medical, daily necessities, all kinds of electronic and electrical components, shock absorbing pads, etc.
Forming advantages: melt viscosity is less affected by temperature, but more affected by shear; The expansion of die head is small, which is only 5%-20% of that of general extrusion molding. Molding shrinkage is slightly different due to different shapes, molding methods and molding conditions of products, ranging from 1.5% to 2.5%;
1. Drying conditions: TPE basically does not absorb moisture, and generally does not need drying in the molding process. If drying is required, it is recommended to dry at 90-100 C for 2-3 hours;
2. Dyeing: TPE has strong dyeing property, and can be dyed by adding color masterbatch or mixing with toner. If using color masterbatch, PE or PP is recommended as the color masterbatch for the substrate;
3. Before and after processing TPE, the extrusion equipment should be cleaned up. The extruder barrel should be cleaned mechanically or completely replaced and emptied with polypropylene. If the machine is shut down for a long time, all the residual raw materials in the machine barrel should be discharged before restarting the operation.
4. The manufactured and assembled nozzle materials can be recycled. In order to ensure the excellent appearance and performance of the products, the addition amount should not be more than 30%.
5. Injection temperature varies according to different brands of products. Injection temperature is mostly between 150-250℃.
