First, the equipment used for encapsulation Encapsulation is usually done by first injecting hard rubber PP and then soft rubber TPE. The whole process is completed by two injections. Two sets of molds can be used (the mold for injecting soft rubber is called the encapsulating mold), and injection molding is divided into two times, and two injection molding processes are respectively completed in the two sets of mold heads. There are also advanced two-color injection molding machines, which are still two sets of molds, but one set of equipment is realized by rotating the disk to complete the two-color and multi-color injection molding process. Second, the properties and hardness of TPE for encapsulation The TPE formula used for encapsulation is simple, ordinary TPE-S TPE can realize good encapsulation bonding of PP, and no additional functional additives need to be added in the TPE formula. The TPE appearance of the encapsulated PP is transparent or natural color plastic particles, with the approximate specific gravity ranging from 0.92 to 1.2. The TPE hardness range of encapsulated PP is usually Shore hardness ShoreA25~80A. The hardness, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and tensile strength of TPE can be changed by adjusting the formula of TPE. TPE is an environment-friendly compound, free of halogen, o-phenylene 16P and 6P, nonylphenol NP and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons PAHS, and meets the relevant environmental detection standards of ROHS,REACH,EN71 EN71. Third, treatment of common encapsulation defects 1. Lack of glue, increase processing injection molding temperature, increase injection molding pressure and improve material fluidity; 2, split seam and overflow edge, reduce injection molding temperature, increase clamping force and reduce injection molding pressure; 3, the surface is pitted and not bright: the injection molding processing temperature is increased, the materials are baked, and the water content of the raw materials is reduced; 4. Poor viscosity: the injection cost is sufficient to dry the material and raise the injection temperature; 5. Injection molding modification of products: strengthen cooling of grinding tools and properly extend mold locking time. 6. die sticking of products: add release agent or lubricant (for internal lubricant-release agent, pay attention to the addition amount to prevent release agent from separating out and migrating) 8. Weathering resistance: UV rays and water spray have no adverse effects on the treated samples, and can effectively prevent chloride ions from passing through. Tests show that the treated ground will not be affected by exposure to electromagnetic or water mist. 9. Chemical resistance: After being treated by concrete seal curing agent, the chemical resistance of concrete is greatly improved. 10. Gloss does not slip: The concrete floor treated by concrete seal curing agent will have marble luster, and the longer it is used, the better the gloss will be. However, it does not slip. In general concrete ground, saline-alkali components will separate out from the surface, resulting in slip. Sikafu ground is different, it forms a solid and compact whole on the concrete surface, and saline-alkali components will not separate out from the surface. 11.
